My accounts seem to be panicking and trying to get their stuff on the market before we enter the dead of winter. Some of them have a lot of sitting inventory. People slashing prices, compares to spring where everything went 100k over. Not my problem, but they sure want it to be.

Nov. - t ax time generally takes a dip. I do have a few developers and investors that are holding and going the rental route though rather than go to market. Rents are higher than mortgages these days.
